Details

Looking for a meaningful, hands on experience that will spark your child's creativity and boost their confidence? Look no further than this super fun and unique SMALL GROUP candle camp! It's the perfect opportunity for your tween or teen to explore their creative side in a fun and supportive environment. Make two super cute and eco-friendly snowman themed candles in this half day mini camp: Melting snowman - learn to pour a twelve ounce soy wax candle in a choice of 24 fragrances including winter themes. Create snowman beeswax embeds and add to your set candles. Add the finishing touch by personalizing the outside with your own melting name and a snowman face! Snowman tin - pour a four ounce candle tin in your choice of fragrance, and then give your candle a snowman face using a candle "painting" technique. Please note we are working with 185 degree hot wax in this camp. Any camper exhibiting unsafe behavior in this environment will unfortunately be ejected from camp with no refund. A signed waiver is required to participate. That being said, if your child helps you cook in the kitchen or microwaves popcorn, they're going to do GREAT! This camp is a great confidence booster! THIS CAMP IS FOR AGES 11 AND UP... for safety reasons, and also some of the fine detail work with melted wax will be too frustrating for younger kids. We like to set up everyone for success and FUN with NO STRESS. ***In order to provide the very best experience for all campers, this is a small group camp. If there is enough demand I will add a morning session. Please reach out if you are interested.
